Shipping
Tarocash charges a flat rate of $10.00 for standard delivery and $15.00 for express delivery within Australia.
However, if you register directly with them, orders over $85 will be delivered FREE with standard delivery.
Express orders can take from 1 to 3 business days versus standard orders from 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.
Tarocash also offers free click & collect delivery to participating stores across Australia, but just remember to select this option when checking out online.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns couldn’t be easier with Tarocash. Simply visit one of their stores Australia wide for FREE in store refunds and exchanges. Tarocash is happy to provide a full refund for change of mind purchases, provided you have a receipt as proof of purchase, the item has not been worn or washed, and the swing ticket is still attached to the garment.
If you are unable to make it in to one of the Tarocash stores, your returns can be sent via mail to Tarocash Online Returns, Locked Bag 3, Wetherill Park, NSW, 1851.
Unfortunately exchanges cannot be processed through the online store. If you are after a different product to the one you ordered, you will need to accept a refund and reorder if processing through our online store.
If an item you purchased is faulty, provided you have the required proof of purchase, you are fully entitled to a refund.
