Returns & Exchanges
Boohoo offers 28 days for returns for a refund. Currently Boohoo does not offer exchanges.
To return an item login to your Boohoo account. You will need to select a reason for your return. Next you will pay for your return shipping and receive a shipping label to print.
All Australian returns go to the Boohoo Australia hub in Sydney. Once your item is received your item will be checked and authorised for a refund, usually within 3 days. Your refund will then take up to 7 days to show in your bank account depending on your bank’s processing time.
